CP in Myanmar is any how doing if the owner don know. All the Govern Staff can give proof if u give money under table. Why you think so different with other country? It is almost the same. We can adopt it . CP in Singapore is adopt from England . If u learn CP from other country also can be very useful in Myanmar .
