Burma News International Burma News International February 12, 2013 Kachin Catholic bishop calls for peace and true federalism Last week the Bishop of Myitkyina, Francis Daw Tang, a respected leader of the catholic Kachin community, issued a strongly worded statement calling for peace and dialogue in Kachin state.
